So Far So Good Thanks for visiting my brand new blog! I chose to set-up this web site to help me to keep track of the route to achieving my new year's resolution. In the past I finished a marathon which had been a goal that i set personally just before I turned 31. My personal resolution this year is to complete a triathlon. The exact triathlon which i wish to accomplish takes place around May and will be an olympic length. This means that it requires a one mile swim, a twenty five mile bicycle trip, along with a 6 mile dash.
I've already commenced exercising that consists of jogging, swiming, and also cycling. I've been going swimming about 1 / 2 a mile a couple of times a week and jogging 3 to 4 miles one or two times per week too. Right now I have not been bicycling too much however once i begin I plan to bicycle to
Hanauma Bay which happens to be roughly 25 miles from my house.
